For Users:

  1. Apply common sense when taking any action when connected to services.
  2. Abide by the decisions and/or rules made by the operators or founders of this server; reluctancy in doing so will result in action taken.
  3. System security is one of our top priorities; those who feel that they can abuse and exploit any and all services can and will be dealt with by the founder and co-founder of the Operations.
  4. Spamming, trolling, harassment of other users or any other intolerable action will result in warnings and, if continued, will condone temporary removal.
  5. Abuse and exploits of any and all services on this network will be swiftly dealt with and, depending on the severity, may result in temporary and/or permanent server removal.
  6. Channel founders may have their own set of rules, but in case of escalation, IRC administration may overrule channel-founder, depending on the issue of the Operations .
  7. If you're going to use bots on the server, we ask that you label them with +B so they may be accurately identified, and that they are not used for malicious purposes of any sort.
  8. Nick stealing, or any other form of identity theft is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with severely.
  9. Advertisement (if not within reason) is strictly prohibited; this includes and is not limited to spamming channels, other servers, etc.

For IRC Operators:

  1. Abuse of IRC Operator/Administrator privilages as well as abuse of users is strictly prohibited. Continuance of said actions can and will result in warnings and/or removal of status.
  2. Do NOT manipulate any status set inside of any user channel unless it is your own, or unless a user requests you to do so.
  3. Regulate user rules and remind nuisance users that consequences do proceed actions.
  4. Global Messages should be kept to a minimum so that it does not disturb users and/or other Net Admins/IRC Operators.
  5. Do not violate the virtual host information provided by connected users, unless a user requests a virtual host of some sort.
  6. User rules apply to you as well! Do not negate regular user rules just because you are a member of staff.
